Job summary

SDU Microelectronics at TEK Innovation seeks a proactive professional to help grow Denmark’s chip ecosystem by identifying national and European funding opportunities, building a strategic pipeline of project ideas, and connecting startups with researchers and facilities.

You will influence consortium formation, translate ideas into fundable concepts, engage with Danish start-ups and SMEs, travel as needed in Denmark and Europe, and help shape initiatives that advance chip technologies across

Qualifications

• A relevant master's degree in engineering, natural sciences, business development, economics, European studies or related fields.
• Experience in national or European research and innovation funding.
• Experience with consortium building and partner identification.
• Experience in university–industry collaboration or innovation/business development.
• Experience supporting start-ups, SMEs or deep-tech firms.
• Strong stakeholder management and professional networking.

Responsibilities

• Identify national and European funding opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strategic pipeline of funding calls, project ideas and potential consortium partners.
• Engage with Danish start-ups, SMEs and companies to understand their funding needs.
• Connect companies with researchers, facilities and competencies at SDU and other Danish universities.
• Help translate technical and business ideas into fundable project concepts.
• Initiate and facilitate Danish and European consortia for chip-related funding calls and identify opportunities to join existing consortia.
• Promote Danish chip competencies and contribute to visibility of DkCCC.
• Support the full process of funding applications, from objectives to coordinating proposals with partners and funding advisers.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, organizing activities and events supporting the ecosystem.
