&Tradition is seeking an experienced COO to translate ambitious strategy into disciplined execution and sustainable growth. As a key member of the executive team, you will align people, processes and priorities across the business to drive performance and customer value.

You will lead supply chain, operations and business development, partner with the CEO and CSO to set strategy, and ensure effective implementation across all teams in a fast-paced, international design brand based in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

Job description

At &Tradition, we are looking for an experienced COO to turn our ambitious strategy into disciplined execution and sustainable growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will align people, processes and priorities across the business. This is an opportunity to shape how we operate and lead &Tradition through its next stage of development.

About the position:

As COO, the main purpose is to ensure positive and sustainable development of &Tradition. Your role as COO is to create visibility across the entire supply chain, ensuring optimisation and creating a more streamlined and efficient operation, as well as increased customer satisfaction, reduced waste and cost savings.

You will be leading the supply chain, operations and business development organisation, securing close collaboration both between your teams and in the broader perspective in &Tradition.

In close collaboration with the CEO and CSO, you will take part in setting the strategy of &Tradition. You will make sure the strategy is implemented and that the individual teams are aligned, so the overall business goals are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your teams towards our company goals, fostering innovation, continuous improvement and a value driven culture with the customer at the forefront.
• Creating a holistic view of &Tradition’s end-to-end value operations, where each function is optimized in a way that emphasises connectivity and integration.
• Manage the annual budget of your departments in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Secure manufacturing and production plans, short and long term.
• Identify potential risks within the supply chain and implement strategies to mitigate
• Partner with IT to leverage digital solutions, roll out new systems and processes that enhance supply chain efficiency
• Stay informed about the latest regulations and industry standards for trade and compliance.

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the end-to-end supply chain, ideally from a similar position. You have proven experience as a senior leader or head of operations with a successful record of managing a sizeable manufacturing business. You have strong analytical skills, a hands-on approach and are comfortable navigating in a complex and fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and understand the flexibility that this requires. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are attentive to customer requirements and new sustainable solutions on demand.

You are a team player, leading based on trust, but also with clear direction and guidance along the way. You have excellent communication skills and communicate fluently in both Danish and English.
