Sports Group Denmark is an ambitious growth company with clear goals for the future, and they are now looking for a Strategy and Transformation Manager to play a central role in executing the 2030 strategy. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Sales and Brand Directors and be highly exposed to the CEO as well. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, commercial development, project management, and business transformation – serving as the link that ensures vision is translated into measurable results.
Act as the primary strategic and commercial partner to the Sales and Brand leadership teams by challenging and qualifying new business opportunities, growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and brand development initiatives.
Lead cross‑functional strategic projects from idea to implementation and serve as PMO lead for key transformation initiatives, ensuring effective coordination across functions, timely execution, and transparent progress reporting.
M&A‑related projects, including the integration of acquired brands and companies into Sports Group Denmark.
Continuously update, visualize, and communicate strategic priorities to relevant stakeholders while ensuring ownership and follow‑up on the long‑term 2030 objectives.
Prepare sharp, data‑driven analyses and financially sound decision‑making material for Executive Management and the Board of Directors, in close collaboration with the Finance team. Identify and assess new growth opportunities across brands, markets, and customer segments.
Work closely with Sales, Brand and Finance teams to create transparency, structure, and follow‑up on strategic initiatives across the organization.
