Job summary

&Tradition seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer to turn ambitious strategy into disciplined execution and sustainable growth. In this role you will align people, processes and priorities across the business, shaping how we operate and guiding &Tradition through its next stage of development.

You will lead the supply chain, operations and business development organisation, collaborating closely with the CEO and CSO to set and implement the company strategy, ensuring alignment across teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain/operations.
• Proven track record as a senior leader or head of operations within a manufacturing or design-led business.
• Strong analytical skills, hands-on mindset and ability to navigate a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Fluent Danish and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire teams toward company goals, fostering innovation and a customer-first culture.
• Create a holistic view of end-to-end value operations, optimizing connectivity and integration.
• Manage annual departmental budgets aligned with strategic goals.
• Secure manufacturing and production plans, short and long term.
• Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Partner with IT to leverage digital solutions and roll out new systems.
• Stay informed on trade regulations and industry standards.
