Job summary

&Tradition is seeking an experienced COO to translate ambitious strategy into disciplined execution and sustainable growth. As a key member of the executive team, you will align people, processes and priorities across the business to drive performance and customer value.

You will lead supply chain, operations and business development, partner with the CEO and CSO to set strategy, and ensure effective implementation across all teams in a fast-paced, international design brand based in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in end-to-end supply chain leadership.
• Proven experience as senior leader in manufacturing.
• Fluent Danish and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align supply chain, operations, and business development.
• Create visibility across the supply chain and optimise operations.
• Manage departmental budgets.
• Secure manufacturing and production plans.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with IT on digital solutions and system rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with trade and industry standards.
