Job summary

DFDS in Copenhagen HQ is seeking a Capacity Specialist for a 12-month maternity cover. You will configure sailings, manage in-year schedule and vessel changes, and support standardized capacity setups across routes within the Passenger Revenue Operations team.

You will collaborate with Operations, Revenue Operations and Technology & Innovation, ensuring accurate configurations and robust processes to minimize risk and errors.

Responsibilities

• Capacity configuration and departure launch: Own sailings configuration for annual launches and in-year changes.
• Schedule change process development: Define and improve change execution processes, with clear ownership.
• Process ownership and standardization: Maintain configuration processes, ensure documentation and version control.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Act as an expert on schedule and capacity setup across teams.
