Job summary

A.P. Moller-Maersk is seeking a Growth Enablement Manager for an 8–9 month maternity cover. Based at the Copenhagen head office, you will partner with leadership to drive initiatives that shape culture, engagement and change management.

You will lead with empathy, build broad internal networks across MMC and Maersk Growth, and deliver practical improvements while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in HR, business partnering, change management or internal communications is advantageous.
• Ability to establish and maintain a wide-ranging internal network across MMC and Maersk Growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to craft compelling presentations.

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities and drive development initiatives across teams.
• Support recruiting and onboarding planning (FTE planning, onboarding).
• Lead Ecosystem Engagement and Communications for MMC and Growth; drive ecosystem engagement.
• Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders; bridge MMC with other departments.
• Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Foster an inclusive environment and ensure decisions translate into actions.
• Take responsibility for administration, meeting cascades and follow-ups.
