Job summary

JYSK, based in Aarhus, Denmark, seeks a Business Solution Specialist for a 12‑month maternity cover to strengthen Flow of Goods. You will develop and optimise processes across purchase orders, store orders and the wider supply chain, ensuring a seamless flow from suppliers through distribution centres to 3,600+ stores in 29 countries.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions, assist end-users, create test cases and work with colleagues across business and IT in an agile setup

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT or equivalent experience required.
• Strong IT and analytical skills with ability to understand complex systems.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions, preferably in retail or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure processes deliver value.
• Assist end-users, resolve issues and guide on new features.
• Create and execute test cases, validate results, and support rollout of solutions.
• Collaborate with business and IT to align priorities and secure buy-in.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to optimise performance.
