Job summary

The Hub in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced analyst to take full ownership of capacity planning and forecasting within our operations team. You will turn data into concrete actions close to the business and hit the ground running from day one.

Key duties include building capacity planning models across advisors and task types, developing forecasting models to support staffing, and delivering ongoing reporting to leadership. Office-based role in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a comparable position
• Strong analytical profile with experience in capacity planning, workforce management or operations analytics
• Solid experience with SQL and data processing, preferably in Snowflake/DBT
• Comfortable with forecasting methods and statistical modelling
• Experience with BI tools (Lightdash) and ability to translate analyses for non-technical stakeholders
• Self-driven and action-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Own and develop capacity planning model across all advisors and task types
• Build robust forecasting models to support staffing decisions and resource allocation
• Ensure up-to-date and reliable capacity vs. demand view
• Analyse time usage, efficiency and SLA adherence
• Identify automation opportunities and quantify potential initiatives
• Deliver ongoing reporting to leadership
