Job summary
The LEGO Group in Copenhagen is seeking a Staff Engineer to shape the future of Supply & Demand Technology within Manufacturing & Supply Chain Technology. You will act as a technical leader across multiple product teams, aligning on priorities and delivering scalable solutions.
This is not a hands-on coding role; you’ll guide engineering teams, navigate ERP transformations, and partner with SAP/S4HANA environments to enable better planning, transportation management, and AI-enabled initiatives.
Qualifications
- Led multi-team initiatives in a complex supply chain environment.
- Delivered large-scale tech transformations with global stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in supply chain tech, planning processes, or platforms.
- Guided engineering communities without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across the Supply & Demand Technology portfolio.
- Support ERP transformations and enable better planning and execution.
- Collaborate with SAP S/4HANA and Kinaxis stakeholders to align priorities.
- Build scalable foundations for future initiatives in planning and AI adoption.
