Job summary

EG is launching a new centralized Business Development team in Denmark, hiring graduates for a full-time on-site BDR role in our Ballerup office, with a move to Nordhavn from February 2027. You will work in Revenue Strategy and Operations, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to build scalable pipelines using AI-assisted workflows.

We have launched our brand-new, centralized Business Development team at EG and we want curious, energetic graduates to be a part of it. This is a full-time position, on-site in our Ballerup office and from Feb. 2027 our brand new office space in Nordhavn, Denmark. This is your chance to join a high-impact initiative that is reshaping how we grow our SMB business across the Nordics.

You will be part of our Revenue Strategy and Operations department, which sits at the heart of EG's commercial engine. We work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to make sure EG grows in a smart, scalable, and predictable way. The BDR team you join will be powered by cutting-edge AI tools, including in-house developed tools, Claude Sales agents, and Apollo and you will learn how to use them from day one.

Your workday and your tasks

• Inbound Lead Qualification: Pick up and qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing teams, making sure every lead gets a fast and consistent follow-up.
• Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers in whitespace accounts and winback campaigns using a structured multi-channel approach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Meeting Generation: Book discovery meetings for our Account Executives with well-qualified prospects.
• Pipeline Creation: Contribute to predictable pipeline growth by running consistent outreach cadences using tools like Apollo.
• AI-Powered Outreach: Work with AI-assisted workflows that help you personalise messaging, prioritise leads and automate follow-ups so you can focus on the conversations that matter.
• Collaboration with Sales: Partner closely with Account Executives and the RevOps team to share feedback, refine targeting, and continuously improve prospecting approaches.

What We Expect From You

• You have recently graduated or are about to graduate in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• You are genuinely curious about sales, technology, and how B2B SaaS companies grow.
• You are a confident communicator, you enjoy talking to people and are not afraid to pick up the phone.
• You are structured, persistent, and follow through on what you start.
• You pick up new tools quickly and are excited about using AI in your daily work.
• You are fluent in English and speak fluent Norwegian or Swedish.
• You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable with ambiguity, you see it as an opportunity, not an obstacle.
