Job summary

VINNY's is seeking a talented and ambitiously creative to lead content from plan to publish as Creative Content Producer. You will carry the brand's online presence and the production plan in the same hand, turning vision into steady, high‑quality output that goes live on time.

This role offers real responsibility from week one, hands‑on content creation, calendar management, activations, and close collaboration with the Creative Director and external creatives to keep the brand distinct online.

Qualifications

• Self-directed creative who can hold strategy and execution in the same hand.
• Highly organized; able to run a content calendar and production flow.
• Deep understanding of how brands live on social platforms.
• Visually sharp with a point of view and ability to brief photographers.
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable owning the build with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy and maintain the annual content calendar.
• Translate brand direction into weekly and monthly plans and keep on track.
• Define visual and editorial tone; brief and coordinate external creatives.
• Produce and publish content: stories, posts, short-form video, assets.
• Assist activations and events; capture and repurpose content for longevity.
• Identify gifting candidates and press contacts; manage follow-up relationships.
• Track performance; surface insights weekly to improve future plans.
