Qualifications

• Proven track record in operational planning and prioritization.

• Experience with Looker, Google Sheets, Juro, CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee annual content plan with budget control.
• Lead forecasting and cost analyses to support decisions and negotiations.
• Own core metrics: consumption, engagement, retention, forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-functional content approvals with Content, Marketing and Legal.
• Lead and develop a small content operations team.
