Tiffany & Co. Copenhagen is seeking an Operations Coordinator to lead back-of-house duties, coordinate order fulfillment, inventory, and client service activities, and act as a key holder on days when a manager is unavailable.

This 2.5-day role supports store operations and client engagement. You will partner with store leadership to drive sales goals, maintain inventory accuracy, manage shipping/receiving, and ensure compliance with internal controls while delivering the Tiffany Experience to

Qualifications

• Must currently be based in and hold authorisation to work in Denmark.
• 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
• A college/university degree.
• Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework.

Responsabilités
