Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Team Manager in Copenhagen to drive sales, lead a luxury retail team, and elevate client experiences across channels. You will coach staff, deploy clienteling initiatives, and embody Tiffany’s brand storytelling on the sales floor.

You’ll collaborate with headquarters on new tools and programs, while ensuring the team delivers exceptional service and hits KPIs. A passion for luxury retail and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail; client-related experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results and cultivating relationships with a diverse client base.
• Experienced in deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives in an omnichannel environment.
• Passion for luxury retail and ability to lead by example on the sales floor.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Must have authorization to work in Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Drive team accountability to deliver exceptional service and hit store KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team on the sales floor to achieve growth.
• Inspire clients through authentic brand storytelling and Tiffany’s legacy of craftsmanship.
• Develop client development strategies and assess results with Advisors.
• Collaborate with HQ on testing, feedback, and tool deployment, and support new systems roll-out.
