Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Copenhagen is seeking thoughtful, curious, and optimistic Team Managers to embody the Tiffany brand on the sales floor and inspire both teams and clients to achieve excellence.

You will lead by example, coach others, drive client relationships, manage store operations, and partner with headquarters on brand initiatives. The role requires luxury retail experience and flexibility to work non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail
• Proven track record in achieving sales results
• Experienced sales and clienteling professional in an omnichannel luxury environment
• Experienced in deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives
• Passion for luxury retail
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Outlook/email
• Must have authorization to work in Denmark

Responsibilities

• Drive team accountability in delivering unparalleled service and achieving store KPIs
• Lead by example and actively coach the team on the sales floor
• Support store opening/closing procedures and workforce planning
• Create an inclusive and supportive team environment
• Inspire clients and teams through authentic brand storytelling
• Demonstrate active listening and establish lasting relationships
• Ensure Client Advisors develop a client development strategy and assess results
• Propose solutions to Store Leadership when facing challenges or opportunities
• Collaborate with headquarters on testing, feedback, and tool rollout
