Job summary

Ambu is seeking a BI Consultant to join the Data & Analytics team at our headquarters in Denmark. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into Power BI reporting, data models, and analytics solutions, while ensuring data quality and governance across the Enterprise Data Platform.

You will work with Data Engineers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to drive self-service analytics and deliver business value through data-driven insights, leveraging Azure data

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of experience within Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Warehousing, preferably from an international business environment
• Strong experience with Power BI, including semantic modelling, DAX, and dashboard development
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with enterprise data warehouses
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong understanding of dimensional modelling and data warehousing principles
• Experience with Microsoft Azure data technologies (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure Data Lake) is advantageous
• Understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data Management principles is beneficial
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working is a plus

We are looking for a BI Consultant to join our Data & Analytics team at our headquarters in Denmark. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing expertise with a passion for partnering with stakeholders to deliver meaningful business value through data and analytics.

The role

As a BI Consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to understand business challenges, define analytical requirements, and deliver reporting and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and integrity of our enterprise data and reporting landscape while contributing to the continued development of our BI and analytics capabilities built on Microsoft Azure and Power BI.

This role requires a consultative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Partnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities to create value through data and analytics
• Designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI
