Job summary

Lantmännen Unibake in Copenhagen invites an experienced Integration Architect & Team Lead to own the integration domain, set standards, and guide a small team of three specialists and external consultants.

You will work with Boomi, Link, and Azure Integration Services to design secure, scalable data flows, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and ensure reliable, end-to-end integrations for global operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with integrations and integration architectures.
• Leadership experience or potential in a team environment.
• Hands-on with integration platforms (Boomi, Link, Azure Integration Services).
• Experience designing scalable, secure integration architectures in complex environments.
• Solid knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, plus EDI and file-based integrations (XML, CSV).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration architecture and roadmap for the domain.
• Lead the Integration team and manage priorities and delivery excellence.
• Define guidelines, frameworks and standards across Unibake.
• Collaborate with PMs, Solution Owners and Architects to translate requirements into blueprints.

You will join our international HQ in Copenhagen with clear ownership, strong accountability, and a collaborative culture, working with modern integration platforms and enabling business-critical solutions used by colleagues and customers around the world.

This is what you will do

In this role, you will set integration standards, own the architecture and roadmap together with Lantmännen IT, and ensure business-critical data flows are secure, efficient and reliable. The Integration Team is responsible for application integration, as well as our EDI solutions to support hundreds of customers and third parties across the globe.

You will lead a team of three internal Integration Specialists as well as external consultants, setting clear goals and priorities, providing coaching and mentoring to support their development, as well as contributing to the broader UBI IT team.

Your key responsibilities

• Own the integration architecture and roadmap, ensuring we design & build a coherent system architecture across Unibake
• Lead the Integration team by setting clear priorities, improving ways of working, and ensuring delivery excellence. You will also be responsible for all people management processes, from hire to retire

• Define the integration guidelines, frameworks and standards across Unibake

• Work closely with Project Managers, Solution Owners & Architects, and third parties to understand requirements and workflows, and translate these into technical blueprints

• Design and, where required, contribute to the implementation of end-to-end integration solutions using EDI, APIs and other integration technologies

• Own the Link integration platform, outlining the govern model & best practices, and driving adoption of the platform

• Oversee ongoing support & maintenance, ensuring the stability and reliability of business-critical integrations and data flows

Kvalifikationer

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience working with integrations
• Previous people or team leadership experience is an advantage
• Experience with integration platforms, for example Boomi, Link, Azure Integration Services etc.
• Experience designing scalable, secure and maintainable integration architectures in a complex enterprise environment
• Solid understanding of APIs such as REST and SOAP, as well as file-based integrations including XML, EDI and CSV
• Experience using agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
• A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving, architecture and prioritization
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Proficiency in English

Location/Travels

The role is based at Lantmännen Unibake International HQ in Copenhagen, Ørestad, one minute from the Metro.

Expect around 15–20 travel days per year, mainly during key project phases.
