Job summary

Lattec in Allerød, Denmark, seeks a Senior Backend Tech Lead / SRE to own the backend and reliability, guide engineers and contribute directly to development, while staying close to code, architecture and production systems.

You will collaborate across Device, Backend/SRE and Frontend to align priorities, improve monitoring, incident handling, CI/CD and deployment practices, and to deliver scalable, secure AWS‑based solutions. Fluency in English and Danish is essential.

Qualifications

• Lead backend/SRE ownership and architectural direction.
• Hands-on backend development with focus on reliability.
• Design APIs, graphs and scalable cloud solutions.
• Strong observability and production operability mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day backend/SRE work and guide engineers.
• Contribute to development while staying close to code.
• Provide technical direction and resolve complex challenges.
• Own SRE, reliability and operational maturity.
• Improve monitoring, incident handling, CI/CD and deployment.
• Drive engineering quality, maintainability and docs.
• Work with AWS-based backend technologies and serverless solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D Software Lead on priorities.
