Job summary

Lattec, based in Allerød, Denmark, seeks a senior Backend Tech Lead / SRE to shape, build and operate an AWS-based backend platform. You will lead the backend/SRE domain while staying close to code, architecture and production systems.

You will own reliability, observability and operational maturity, work with device, frontend and backend teams, and drive scalable, secure solutions. Fluency in English and Danish is required.

Qualifications

• Senior backend engineer with hands-on development and technical leadership.
• Cloud-native/serverless experience and production systems ownership.
• Experience designing APIs and integrations, preferably GraphQL.
• Strong focus on observability, reliability and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day backend/SRE work and guide developers.
• Contribute to backend development and stay close to code and tech.
• Provide technical direction and drive architectural decisions.
• Own SRE, reliability, observability and operability.
• Improve monitoring, incident handling and deployment practices.
• Collaborate across device, backend/SRE and frontend teams.
