Job summary

Motionshift is building tools to empower marketers, designers, and creators with 2D and 3D animated videos. As an early team member, you’ll shape the editor, animation engine, exporters, multiplayer editing, and community features. We ship weekly and value contribution, creativity, and drive.

You’ll help iterate architecture and product, working in a remote-first environment with English as the primary language, and occasional visits to Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Experience building large-scale web applications.
• Proficient with Node.js, AWS and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with serverless architectures and WebRTC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to editor features and improve UX for animation.
• Develop animation engine and client/server exporters.
• Advance multiplayer editing and integration tools (Figma & Sketch importers).
• Help build community infrastructure for sharing and remixing projects.
