Job summary

Motionshift seeks a pivotal early team member to oversee Community and SEO, shaping a strong brand and vibrant online presence. You will collaborate with the CEO and Marketing team, crafting content, managing communities, and driving engagement across Europe.

You will design and implement social media campaigns, write articles, and help grow our digital footprint. Join a fast-moving, remote-first startup with weekly feature releases and global collaboration.

Qualifications

Fluent or native English
Excellent writing in English
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Experience with design or video space is a bonus
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Figma is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
Create and distribute content such as blogs, reels, posts, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets
Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
Support founder team at live and online events
Drive community management efforts
Actively drive social media KPIs
Maintain and develop the tone of voice for each digital medium
Create content on our websites, e.g. articles (being interested in animation, design, advertising, campaigns, innovation, 3D is a plus)
