Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Creative Producer (Performance Marketing) based in Denmark. You will own the creative production engine for user acquisition across video, static, GIFs, and landing pages, coordinating with designers, developers, and external creatives in a fully remote setup.

You’ll drive concept development, briefs, and scripts, while leveraging performance data to decide what to scale or iterate. Strong English communication and experience with AI-based tools are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creative production or similar production-focused roles.
• Experience with mobile-first advertising formats for platforms like Meta/TikTok is a plus.
• Ability to write briefs and scripts and to edit photo and video content.
• Experience coordinating freelancers and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creative production for user acquisition across video, static, and GIF assets (100+ per month).
• Manage landing-page and funnel production with internal teams across ~20 projects per month.
• Develop and test new creative concepts beyond briefs.
• Analyze performance data to decide what to scale or iterate.
• Prepare briefs and scripts; contribute to production and editing of assets.
• Coordinate freelance teams and external agencies with tight timelines.
• Explore AI-powered generation/tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support acquisition goals.
