Job summary

Motionshift is building a new paradigm for 3D video creation. As a key early member, you will work on editor features, animation engine, and exporters, collaborating across frontend, backend, and design to ship weekly updates.

You will help integrate 3D importers and multiplayer editing, while embracing a fast-paced, remote-first culture across Europe with regular Copenhagen office visits.

Qualifications

• Proficient in vanilla JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks.
• Experience building large-scale web applications and shipping features weekly.
• Familiarity with 3D/web-export pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to editor features, animation engine, and UX improvements.
• Develop client-side and server-side video exporters and multiplayer editing workflows.
• Integrate importers for Blender, Cinema4D, and Adobe After Effects.
• Collaborate with the team to iterate rapidly on code, architecture, and product.
• Help build scalable, fast, and resilient services.
