Job summary

Hub is restructuring its Search & Social team around AI-assisted execution. We’re seeking a candidate with 3+ years in paid search and an interest in AEO/LLM visibility to manage B2B client campaigns and own technical AEO workstreams.

The role blends paid search delivery with LLM-driven roadmap development, offering deep learning opportunities and a path to influence AI-enabled client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years paid search experience (B2B context is a plus).
• Some tangible experience with AEO and structured data.
• Fluent in Danish and English; strong client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns to client KPIs and budgets.
• Drive keyword, market, and competitor analysis and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Build testing frameworks and propose new campaign structures.
• Convey metrics and technical knowledge into business impact and pipeline influence.
• Support AI workflows to enhance automation.
• Own structured data strategy, schema guidance, and agentic readiness.
• Run LLM visibility audits and develop prioritized client roadmaps.
• Track client presence in AI answer engines and report findings.
