• 1+ year in a full-time agency or in-house role focusing on paid social campaigns.
• Ability to translate client goals into channel strategies and actionable plans.
• Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel Paid Social strategies across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Manage day-to-day campaign delivery with budget pacing and audience segmentation.
• Build and optimise dynamic feed campaigns using Smartly.io to scale product catalogs.
• Analyse cross-channel performance and present insights and next steps for clients.
• Challenge setups, identify growth opportunities, and propose new tests/expansions.
• Apply AI-supported workflows to improve efficiency while maintaining quality.
