Job summary

Cadesign form is a creative visual studio in Aarhus, Denmark, seeking a Business Development Representative to build and run a targeted outbound new business channel. You will own the outbound top-of-funnel process, identify companies, map decision makers, create outreach, manage follow-ups, and hand qualified conversations to the Business Development team.

Responsibilities

• Building focused company lists based on agreed target segments and ideal customer profiles.
• Identifying relevant decision makers and influencers within target companies.
• Researching companies to understand where CGI, AI, animation or interactive content could solve real business challenges.
• Developing and testing outbound messaging for LinkedIn and email.
• Executing targeted outbound campaigns and managing follow-ups.
• Qualifying interest and booking meetings for the Business Development team.
• Keeping HubSpot updated with company data, activities, notes, lead status and next steps.
• Sharing learnings with Marketing and Business Development so we continuously improve our targeting and messaging.
