The LEGO Group in Billund seeks an Audience Category Manager to shape audience and category ambitions across LEGO Retail channels. You will translate data into actionable recommendations, support integrated commercial planning, and influence decisions across audience groups and product categories.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to forecasting and decision support.
• Experience building models in Excel to support forecasting, planning, or commercial decisions.
• Strong ability to present to senior stakeholders with clear storytelling.
• Extensive understanding of consumer needs and the retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex data into actionable recommendations to influence commercial decisions.
• Shape audience growth models and support ICP and strategic planning processes.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Retail Marketing, Portfolio Development and Commercial teams.
