Job summary

Performativ Aps in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Wealth Management Systems. You will tackle hard product and data problems across portfolio data, reporting, fees, reconciliation, instruments, and trading, turning complexity into coherent, reusable solutions.

You’ll apply deep wealth management experience to design platform capabilities, work with users and engineers, and help push AI-driven implementations safely into production.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply deep wealth management experience to develop coherent portfolio data, reporting, reconciliation, and trading solutions.
• Investigate cross-domain problems spanning data, calculations, integrations, and production systems to find root causes and reliable fixes.
• Collaborate with users and customer-facing colleagues to translate ambiguous requirements into reusable platform capabilities.
• Lead design and direction for AI-native implementations and ensure safe production deployment.
• Contribute to the team's success by sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues when appropriate.

As our new Senior Software Engineer — Wealth Management Systems

You will help the team solve some of the hardest product and data problems across Performativ's investment platform.

You will work where financial workflows, product decisions, and technical systems meet: portfolio data, reporting, fees, reconciliation, instruments, transactions, cash, performance, and trading. Your contribution will be turning that complexity into coherent solutions that work across customers rather than becoming a collection of one-off customisations.

This is not a narrowly scoped position. We work as one team, and you should be willing to tackle any important problem within our area.

• You will apply deep experience from wealth management, asset management, private banking, portfolio management, investment operations, trading, custody, or related financial infrastructure to develop sound product and system designs.


• You will investigate problems that cross financial data, calculations, APIs, integrations, operational processes, and production systems—determining their root causes and delivering reliable solutions that others can understand and extend.


• You will bring product thinking to ambiguous requirements, working closely with users and customer-facing colleagues to distinguish reusable platform needs from customer-specific preferences.


• You will use AI agents to produce much of the implementation. We expect you to design the solution, direct agents effectively, challenge their assumptions, review their output, and establish the tests and evidence needed for safe production deployment.


• You will lead when your knowledge makes you the right person to lead, follow through on what you take on, contribute to the work of others, and help teammates succeed.

Experience with performance calculations, valuations, fees, reporting, reconciliation, corporate actions, or portfolio-management systems would be particularly valuable.
