Job summary

NNE is seeking a Manager of AIT Project Management in Kalundborg, Denmark. You will lead and develop a department of 15 Project Managers delivering highly technical projects in a GMP-regulated environment, collaborating with Project Directors, customers, and Sales to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• At least four years of experience leading Project Managers.
• Background as a Project Manager.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers to maintain engagement.
• Ensure resources and competence mix to support growth and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Directors, customers, and Sales to drive delivery and new opportunities.
• Strengthen PM processes and drive continuous improvements.
• Support project delivery and take on smaller PM assignments when needed.
