Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience in architecture, preferably in a management role.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction processes.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and interpret technical information.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects for our company in Aalborg This includes managing a team of architects and ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and according to client specifications The ideal candidate will have proven experience in architecture strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure successful completion of projects
• Develop project plans and timelines and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status
• Review architectural designs to ensure they meet client requirements and comply with building codes
• Collaborate with engineers contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
• Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed
• Identify potential issues or risks that could impact project success and develop solutions

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven experience in architecture preferably in a management role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
