We are seeking a skilled Architecture Manager to oversee the design and construction of building projects in Kolding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and construction processes as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of architects and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
• Review project plans and provide feedback on design concepts, materials, and budget.
• Oversee construction progress, ensuring quality and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex design challenges.

Requirements
