Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion.
• Manage and coordinate project teams including architects, engineers and contractors.
• Develop project budgets and timelines to ensure on-time completion.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Review and approve design proposals and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on professional development.
