Podimo, Europe’s leading podcasting platform, seeks an Analytics Engineer to join our BI team. You’ll help design scalable data models, dashboards and AI-ready analytics across the company, partnering with business teams to enable data-driven decisions at scale.

You’ll use SQL, dbt, BigQuery, Looker/LookML, Git, Python and Airflow to delivery reliable self-serve data and AI-powered insights. Join us in shaping data culture and innovative analytics at Podimo.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in BI, data, or analytics engineering, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience with SQL, dbt, BigQuery, Git, and data visualisation tools (Looker).
• Good understanding of data modelling and warehousing principles.
• Experience with dbt tests and data quality validation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams, analysts, and AI engineers to translate needs into data solutions.
• Transform and model data sources using dbt, SQL, BigQuery, and Looker/LookML.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and self-service tools for stakeholders.
• Promote AI-powered analytics and semantic layer definitions for reliable insights.
