Job summary

Pleo is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the Growth Intelligence team in Denmark. You will design and maintain the integration architecture connecting our CRM, billing, and customer success tools to a central BigQuery warehouse, enabling RevOps and AI initiatives across the business.

You’ll work with the data stack (BigQuery, Python, HubSpot, Zuora, Vitally) and collaborate with Analytics Engineers to ensure data quality, governance, and scalable data foundations for the entire

Qualifications

• Proven experience building production data pipelines in a GTM/commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of CRM data models and APIs (HubSpot or similar).
• Hands-on reverse ETL experience: pushing enriched data to operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines between commercial tools and BigQuery warehouse.
• Own reverse ETL flows to push data back into tools like HubSpot.
• Define data contracts with ownership, SLAs, and schema agreements.
• Collaborate with RevOps and BAT teams to translate requirements into reliable pipelines.
• Build monitoring and alerting for data quality issues.
• Centralise data flows to reduce point-to-point integrations.
• Document and structure outputs for downstream modelling.
• Coordinate with tool owners and engineering to maintain data quality.
