As a CRM & Sales Process Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling our sales teams and customer-facing functions work more effectively. You will be the go-to person for CRM-related questions, helping colleagues turn customer insights and business opportunities into action.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support sales teams and customer-facing functions with CRM-related questions to improve daily operations and user experience.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to ensure consistent and effective use of CRM tools and processes.
