Job summary

Implement Consulting Group is seeking a Senior AI Engineer for The Tech Collective. This role spans multiple tech stacks and focuses on building generative AI solutions, AI-enabled agents, and cloud-based deployments.

You will translate ideas into prototypes and production-ready systems across full-stack frameworks. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software development, with 2+ in generative AI, a master's degree, and hands-on experience with TypeScript, Python, LangChain, Docker, and cloud

Qualifications

At least five years of software development experience, including two years in generative AI and agent-based apps.
Master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
Proficiency with RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and containerisation.

Responsibilities

Translate ideas into prototypes and production-ready solutions using modern full-stack frameworks.
Design and deploy generative AI applications and autonomous agents using LLM APIs and established agent frameworks.
Integrate AI capabilities into client systems and manage deployment pipelines in cloud environments.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to build solutions that address real needs.
Mentor junior engineers and keep pace with emerging AI and software engineering paradigms.
