Job summary

CIP Fund Solutions in Copenhagen, Denmark is seeking a Product Manager to join the Digital & AI team. You will own the AI product roadmap across the investment lifecycle, translating business problems into measurable requirements and working closely with engineering to deliver value.

You will embed with investment teams to map workflows, drive adoption, and report impact in time savings and faster decision cycles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, CS, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5–8 years' experience in product management, consulting, or technology delivery.
• Proven track record delivering AI/data products to business users.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents or retrieval-based solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Embed with investment teams to map workflows and quantify AI value.
• Own and prioritise the AI product roadmap for the investment lifecycle.
• Turn business problems into requirements, success metrics and acceptance criteria.
• Prototype and demo concepts with users before engineering.
• Drive adoption and report impact in time saved, cycle time and usage.
• Assess external AI vendors vs internal build while ensuring CIP security and data protection.
