You will translate complex challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions, drive adoption from discovery to deployment, and work with data specialists, product teams and stakeholders to deliver lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT or related discipline.
• 8+ years in digital transformation, AI, analytics, technology consulting, or related areas.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions; exposure to large language models and modern AI technologies.
• Knowledge in ML, analytics, data engineering or BI.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand priorities and identify where AI can create value.
• Build and prioritize a portfolio of AI initiatives with business cases and roadmaps.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation from discovery through deployment and scale.
• Act as trusted advisor, challenging assumptions and guiding AI investments.
