Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking an Associate Director, AI Strategy, to define and drive the AI strategy for Product & Portfolio Strategy across the organisation. You will translate priorities into a focused AI agenda, shaping opportunities and directing investment for business value.

The role works with senior leaders in a global matrix, emphasising governance, value realisation, and credible engagement with data, AI, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and substantial experience.
• 8+ years in strategy, transformation, digital, AI or related roles with cross-functional responsibility.
• Experience defining strategy and roadmaps, building business cases, prioritising portfolios and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the P&PS AI strategy and multi-horizon roadmap.
• Shape the AI operating model, governance, and portfolio management processes.
• Lead governance for AI portfolio including investment recommendations and scaling decisions.
• Partner with Data Governance and Enterprise AI on data strategy and tech dependencies.
• Drive value-realisation from business-case development to portfolio reviews.
• Coordinate with global leadership across P&PS, R&D, US and International Ops.
