CIP Fund Solutions is seeking an AI Business Manager to join our Digital Development team in Copenhagen. You will bridge business priorities with AI capabilities, embedding AI into Investor, Investment, Fund & Investment Management, and Project lifecycles to drive measurable value.

You will partner with lifecycle owners, product teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities, build business cases, govern AI initiatives, and enable adoption across domains while ensuring governance and risk

Qualifications

• Experience translating business needs into AI opportunities.
• Proven track record of driving adoption of new tech.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of governance, risk and privacy for AI.

Responsabilités

• Partner with lifecycle owners to embed AI initiatives into business plans.
• Develop value hypotheses and success metrics for AI use cases.
• Coordinate with product, delivery and legal teams to ensure governance.
• Track KPIs and report portfolio performance to leadership.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and enablement across lifecycle teams.
