Job summary

CIP Fund Solutions is seeking an AI Business Manager to join our Digital Development team in Copenhagen. You will bridge business priorities with AI capabilities, embedding AI into Investor, Investment, Fund & Investment Management, and Project lifecycles to drive measurable value.

You will partner with lifecycle owners, product teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities, build business cases, govern AI initiatives, and enable adoption across domains while ensuring governance and risk

Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure? If so, CIP Fund Solutions (CIP FS) is looking for an AI Business Manager to join our Digital Development team.

Team

The AI team is a cross-functional team dedicated to embedding AI directly into CIP's business lifecycles and day-to-day operations across the platform and sits within the wider Digital Development team.

Role

The AI Business Manager is responsible for ensuring AI creates measurable business value across CIP's business lifecycles and works directly with lifecycle owners, product teams, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, drive adoption, and embed AI capabilities into day-to-day processes and ways of working.

The AI Business Manager serves as the bridge between business priorities and AI capabilities, ensuring that AI is integrated directly into the Investor, Investment, Fund & Investment Management, and Project lifecycles rather than delivered as standalone technology initiatives. The role is accountable for helping lifecycle teams identify where AI can accelerate outcomes, improve decision-making, increase productivity, and enhance user experiences while ensuring appropriate governance and value realization.

Responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to:

Lifecycle Partnership and Business Engagement

• Partner with lifecycle owners and business stakeholders to understand priorities and strategic objectives, identifying where AI can improve outcomes, efficiency, and decision quality.
• Participate in lifecycle planning and roadmap discussions to embed AI initiatives into business plans from the outset, acting as the primary AI partner for assigned lifecycle domains.

AI Opportunity and Use Case Management

• Facilitate identification, assessment, and prioritization of AI use cases, maintaining the opportunity pipeline based on business value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Develop business cases, value hypotheses, and success metrics, supporting initiatives from ideation and validation through deployment and value realization.

Embedding AI into Business Lifecycles

• Work with business and technology teams to integrate AI into core processes, products, and workflows, redesigning ways of working where relevant and driving adoption of AI-powered tools.
• Support the evolution of lifecycle operating models to treat AI as a native capability, scaling effective patterns across domains.

Governance and Responsible AI

• Ensure AI initiatives comply with governance, security, risk, privacy, and regulatory requirements, coordinating with legal, risk, compliance, and information security stakeholders as needed.
• Support lifecycle teams in navigating AI policies and approval processes, promoting responsible AI practices and appropriate human oversight.

Value Realization and Performance Management

• Track KPIs for AI adoption, utilization, and business value, measuring realized benefits such as productivity gains, cost savings, and risk reduction.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on AI portfolio performance and lifecycle impact.

Change, Communication, and Enablement

• Manage efforts for stakeholder engagement, communications, and change management for AI initiatives, supporting training and capability-building across lifecycle teams.
• Build and maintain networks of AI champions and subject matter experts, promoting a culture of experimentation and responsible AI usage.

You

You have a relevant educational background within business, data science, technology, or a similar field. In addition, you have a good understanding of business processes, operating models, and digital transformation, and 5+ years of experience working with technology transformation, AI, data, automation, or similar initiatives, with the ability to translate business challenges into practical AI opportunities and outcomes.
