Job summary

Goodiebox is seeking a Growth Lead to drive profitable growth across 15 European markets. You will own subscription intake and a ~DKK 2 million monthly growth budget across Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest, reporting to the CEO and guiding a seven-person Growth Team.

You’ll build strategy, set direction, and execute hands-on in performance marketing, analytics, and experimentation to improve CAC, acquisition volume and member LTV.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on performance marketing background across Meta, TikTok and Google.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into commercial decisions.
• Experience leading growth initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition performance and a large monthly media budget across multiple platforms.
• Set targets, allocate budgets and optimize CAC, conversion, and LTV.
• Turn data and insights into actionable input for in-house Creative team and experiments.
• Lead CRO efforts across landing pages, sign-up flows, and checkout to improve conversion.
• Forecast market expansion and support new-market launches.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and clear direction across Growth Team.
