Job summary

Templafy ApS in Copenhagen is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and adoption of agentic enterprise applications. You will own the product area from market opportunity to customer adoption, shaping strategy and collaborating with Design and Engineering on AI-powered workflows.

You will work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to bring these products to market, define vision and roadmap, and translate customer problems into clear requirements and success metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management within B2B SaaS and enterprise software.
• Experience with AI-powered products and workflow automation.
• Ability to translate market insights into product strategy and execution.
• Experience partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Understanding of user experience and agile product development.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
• Own outcomes: adoption, engagement, customer value, and commercial impact.
• Identify market opportunities via customer discovery and competitive analysis.
• Prototype and ship AI-powered workflows with Design and Engineering.
• Translate problems into requirements, metrics, and priorities.
• Partner with Marketing on positioning and launch materials.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on enablement and pilots.
• Create product briefs, knowledge bases, and release docs.
• Act as domain expert and external/internal spokesperson.
