Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking an experienced Patient & Consumer Marketing AI Lead to shape how AI is used to connect with patients and consumers. You will translate business priorities into a clear AI roadmap, lead a cross-disciplinary team, and drive measurable value across global markets.

You will own end-to-end AI products from ideation to production, with a focus on personalisation, next-best-action, and content intelligence within a highly regulated healthcare context.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AI, analytics, marketing technology, data product development or commercial data science.
• Experience leading AI or data product teams and building future-ready capabilities.
• Track record turning business priorities into scalable AI products in consumer/patient/marketing domains.
• Experience owning AI-enabled products end to end from ideation to adoption and value measurement.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, ML, data platforms, cloud, experimentation, governance and product engineering.
• Experience with GDPR, data governance, privacy, security and responsible AI expectations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Own the AI roadmap for consumer, patient and marketing experiences and deliver measurable value.
• Shape the AI roadmap and set direction for AI-powered marketing platforms and data products.
• Run value-driven prioritisation weighing business, data readiness, feasibility and regulatory considerations.
• Lead AI products from ideation through MVP, production, adoption and optimisation.
• Define standards for solution design, reusable components, experimentation, governance and monitoring.
• Set and track success metrics for engagement, activation, adoption and commercial value.
• Lead, coach and develop the team in AI product development and responsible AI.
