Qualificações

• 10+ years across AI, advanced analytics, marketing tech, customer engagement, data product development or commercial data science.
• Experience leading AI or data product teams including data scientists, engineers, PMs and analysts.
• Track record turning business priorities into scalable AI products in consumer, patient or marketing domains.
• Experience owning AI-enabled products end to end from opportunity to production and adoption.
• Solid understanding of generative AI, ML, data platforms, cloud, experimentation, governance and product engineering.
• Experience handling GDPR, data governance, privacy, security, content review and responsible AI expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the AI roadmap for consumer, patient and marketing experiences and set the direction for AI platforms and data products.
• Lead a value-driven prioritisation framework balancing business value, data readiness, feasibility, regulatory considerations and adoption potential.
• Drive AI products from ideation through MVP, production, adoption and optimisation while balancing innovation with operational support.
• Define standards for design, reusable components, governance, content generation workflows, testing and monitoring.
• Set and track success metrics across engagement, activation, AI adoption and value realization.
• Develop and coach the team in AI product development, marketing analytics, agile delivery and responsible AI.
