Job summary

Danske Spil A/S is looking for a hands-on casino operations lead to own and continuously optimise the day-to-day operation. You will work within the Product & Business team, coordinating with multiple functions to improve the lobby, game placement and commercial performance.

You will translate strategy into operational actions, drive improvements with data insights, and ensure compliance with licensing and responsible gambling requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in online casino operations, product management, CRM or comparable role at operator or supplier.
• Strong knowledge of casino games, suppliers, player behaviour and what drives commercial performance.
• Ability to combine data, customer insight and commercial judgement.
• Structured, proactive, self-led approach and collaboration with tech, data and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously optimise the day-to-day casino operation.
• Manage game portfolio, lobby structure, categories and game placement to drive engagement and performance.
• Identify and handle operational issues and incidents to resolution.
• Maintain clear, audit-ready casino processes and ensure licensing, responsible gambling and internal controls.
