Danske Spil is seeking a high-impact growth and product-minded professional to lead the development of new business opportunities. You will shape product requirements, manage partner relationships, and translate market insights into actionable product strategies.

You will join an international team and contribute to building AI-enabled capabilities from day one, working closely with Legal, Operations and Growth functions at Danske Spil in Brøndby.

Qualifications

Experience in business development, product management or similar in a digital business.
Experience from the iGaming industry preferably from an operator.
Strong product understanding translating opportunities into priorities and requirements.
Experience using data and AI tools to support decisions.
International team experience and fluency in English plus another European language.

Responsibilities

Own development of new business opportunities from hypothesis to launch readiness.
Analyze player needs, competitors, regulation, licensing and commercial potential.
Build and manage partner relationships and drive negotiations with Legal and stakeholders.
Shape product concepts by combining commercial potential, player needs and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate across departments to move initiatives from idea to implementation.
