Job summary

Visma e-conomic is transforming from a traditional SaaS tool into an AI-first platform. We seek a Strategy Consultant to architect the economic model for the next generation of software, balancing subscription value with autonomous AI outcomes and protecting margins.

You will operate with autonomy, aligning Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to drive the vision, advising the CSO and management on monetization and packaging strategies.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience within pricing/monetization strategy, commercial strategy, management consulting, or as a Senior Business/Commercial Analyst in a high-growth SaaS platform or a high-volume recurring revenue setting.
• Solid understanding of recurring revenue models, value-based packaging, and the changing economics of digital transformation.
• Analytical muscle: data, financial modeling, and the ability to synthesize high-level complexity into clear memos.
• Executive presence to challenge, align, and guide senior stakeholders through complex transformations.
• Location: Based in or near Copenhagen with on-site collaboration at Carlsberg Byen.

Responsibilities

• Define the commercial architecture for the AI-driven transition and monetize AI value.
• Work with Product, Finance, and Commercial units to translate strategy into execution.
• Structure multi-variable commercial questions into clear, evidence-based decisions for leadership.
