Job summary

Unik System Design A/S in Denmark is seeking a Product Owner for an AI-first property management platform, HabiCen. You will translate complex property workflows into scalable software, working closely with developers, architects, QA and business specialists, and using AI as a partner in discovery and validation.

You will own product direction, prioritise the backlog, and collaborate across distributed teams in Denmark, Poland and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or equivalent in software delivery.
• Ability to prioritise a backlog and balance value, risk, effort, and dependencies.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in using AI tools in product work.

Responsibilities

• Own product direction and collaborate daily with development teams.
• Translate property management needs into clear, testable product outcomes.
• Prioritise backlog based on customer value, risk, and strategic fit.
• Co-create with developers, architects, QA, and business specialists including AI-enabled discovery and validation.
• Ensure data workflows and integrations remain consistent, compliant, and scalable.
